Terms and Conditions of Sales, Delivery & Returns

General Information

All deliveries from Mr-Tee to the customer are carried out based on the general terms and conditions given below. These underline all offers and agreements between Mr-Tee and the customer and are accepted for the duration of the whole business relationship. Opposing or deviating conditions of the buyer are only binding if Mr-Tee has agreed to them in writing.

Responsibility for Online Offer

Mr-Tee is responsible for the articles and motifs offered in a “Mr-Tee shop” as well as the overall design of the shop.

Conclusion of the Contract

The “offers” contained on the website represent a non-binding invitation for the customer to place an order with Mr-Tee.

By filling in and sending off the order form on the Internet, the Customer makes a binding offer for the conclusion of a contract of purchase and/or a contract for work and materials. Before finally sending off the order form, the customer has the opportunity to check that his/her details are right and if necessary to correct them on a summary page.

The contract only materialises when Mr-Tee dispatches the product ordered to the Customer and confirms the dispatch to the customer with a second e-mail (“Shipping Confirmation”).

The conclusion of the contract shall depend on punctual and correct supply of the goods to Mr-Tee. This proviso shall not apply in the event of short-term disruption to deliveries or if Mr-Tee can be held responsible for non-delivery, in particular if Mr-Tee fails to make a congruent hedging transaction in good time. The Customer will be informed immediately that the service is not available. If Customer has already paid for the goods, this money will be reimbursed.

Delivery / Shipment

In principle, delivery is made within three weeks from the date when the Customer receives confirmation of his/her order. Delivery dates and times are only binding if they are expressly confirmed as such by Mr-Tee in writing.

All address information must be accurate including the postcode where appropriate and the recipient’s telephone number. Mr-Tee Limited cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if the recipient’s address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. The goods shall be deemed to have been delivered when the postperson obtains receipt of the goods confirmation from any person at that address. It is the customer’s duty to ensure that someone will be home to receive the gift, which will be delivered by An Post. Where the postperson is unable to find a person to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the post office and arrange pick-up. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time, the goods are returned to Mr-Tee Limited and a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address. All orders are not tracked, if you specifically wish your order to be tracked, please contact info@mr-tee.ie prior to placing your order. We DO NOT accept any responsibility/liability for goods lost in transit.   

Delivery is available worldwide.

Delivery shall be conducted by a shipment service provider chosen by Mr-Tee. The customer has to pay standard shipping costs. Current shipping prices can be viewed at www.mr-tee.ie

If in exceptional circumstances delivery is not possible within the period of three weeks after conclusion of the contract mentioned previous, Mr-Tee shall promptly inform the customer about it in writing, at the latest with the expiration of this timelimit. The customer is then entitled to a right of withdrawal, which they, in turn, shall exercise immediately in writing. 

Return Policy: 

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you wish to return your purchase to us, you may do so within 7 days of receipt of the product without having to provide us a reason. We will provide a full refund for any unworn, unwashed item that is returned in it's original packaging. If you wish to exchange your T-shirt for a different size/colour we will be happy to do so. Shipping costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer (unless the goods are faulty). In order to make a return please post your t-shirt to: Mr-Tee Limited, PO Box 107, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, Ireland and include your invoice in your package. Refunds may take several weeks to process depending on your payment method. Replacements can only be dispatched upon payment of "Return Postage"  (Ireland - €3.99, Worldwide €4.99) using the online form (link below). This option appears once "Replacement" is selected under "Return Action" within the form. Please enter details (i.e. new size/new colour) of your replacement t-shirt in the "Comments" section.


For customers ordering from EU states, the prices as given are the gross prices and include the statutory incidental taxes, in particular Value Added Tax. Postage and packing is charged for separately and shown separately in the invoice. The delivery address is definitive.
